The diagnostic audiometric service arm of Cybertronics, EMI provides factory-trained electronic service and calibration of audiometric instruments. Our technician, Fred Lorio, has twelve years of field-service experience. He has been trained by manufacturers of the instrumentation which he services, calibrates and maintains. EMI "on-site" services are available throughout the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, southern Alabama and the panhandle of Florida. Services that can be accomplished "in-house" are offered to any client who is UPS accessible. In addition to "on-site" service as needed, EMI offers annual "Service Contracts", which typically include initial calibration or inspection and unlimited service calls throughout the contract period. "Service Contracts" may also be custom designed to meet your unique requirements.
