The Story of Cybertronics

Cybertronics was incorporated on May 16, 1997. Cybertronic's mission is to be responsive to its business community working under a stringent code of ethics both professional and personal while continuing to strive for excellence in all of its venues.

Cybertronics, Inc. is a vision of its owner and president, Clarence C. Weiser, Jr. Clarence is an electrical engineer by training. He has spent career time in the main frame computer industry, computer media industry, SCADA systems and HAVAC control systems. For the past eleven years he ventured into sales, sales management and corporate management in the diagnostic audiological market.

Currently, Cybertronics is involved in three ventures: CYBERSMITH, diagnostic audiometric equipment calibration and service, and the distribution of audiometric disposables/consumables.

CYBERSMITH is a manufacturing, sales and service venture. Eleven years ago CYBERSMITH was purchased from its creator, Mr. Matt Smith. Cybersmith was moved to New Orleans, Louisiana, to become part of EMI, a distributor of audiometric equipment throughout the mid-west and Gulf South regions of the United States.. Cybersmith manufactures VRA/COR systems. These systems are used as part of the protocol in the hearing testing of children. The Cybersmith system provides visual reinforcement to calibrated sounds presented to children during their hearing test. The results of this reinforcement allow the audiologist testing the child to record a response when sounds are presented.

CYBERSMITH VRA/COR systems are distributed and sold throughout the world via a network of diagnostic audiometeric equipment dealers.

The diagnostic audiometric service arm of Cybertronics provides factory-trained, technical electronic service and calibration of audiometric instruments. Our Cybertronics' technician, Fred Lorio, has eleven years of field-service experience. He was trained by the manufacturers of the instrumentation which he services and calibrates.

Cybertronics maintains a complete inventory of audiometric disposable/consumable items to service its immediate customer base in the Gulf South and is becoming a supplier of choice to an even wider geography.

Cybertronics is committed to the ideals of professionalism, unparalleled ethics and responsiveness to its customers' needs. We are accountable to these ideals and have adopted them as fundamental business characteristics necessary to ensure a successful future.

Because of your support of Cybertronics and its commitments, the Story will Continue.
